Job Description

Alexander Lloyd are proudly partnering a growing EBC who are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join their team in the South East.This role sits within a New Business team and the position would be responsible for providing administration and analytical support to consultants, having full ownership of new leads. Duties include scheme renewals and market reviews in line with clientsrequirements, managing client relationships in conjunction with the Consultancy team to support retention & growth opportunities etc.A suitable candidate would have experience across Group Risk and/or Healthcare, ideally gained within an employee benefits consultancy environment. Candidates will be considered living anywhere within the UK however there would be the expectation to attendtheir London office once or twice per month and the rest at home.
