Job description SunStudio . London is West London-based Bespoke Designer Glass and Staircase Fabrication company. Some of our most popular products are antique mirror wall cladding with hardwood frames, floating staircase with glass balustrade and with solid oak steps,and many other interior solutions where there is welding, joinery, and glass solutions involved.We are currently around 35 people in the company with our own glass processing, own glass design, and print studio, welding fabrication unit, and own joinery so we are trying to keep everything in-house.At this moment of time, we are looking for a Joiner or cabinet maker whose main areas of responsibility will be splitting solid oak boards (2,4m x 1,2)to the correct sizes making a miter cut to make a box or will be joining some boards to make handrailsand posts as well preparation of required materials for site fitting works, splitting to size but not limited to.The ideal candidate do need to have good knowledge of using joinery machinery and be able to complete the above listed tasks as well as can have cabinet making, fitting background.You might also be required to go site to fit a staircase with the team as well as go to glass installations and install and finish handrails and posts. Multitasking is one of the important qualities that we need the candidate to have, and we understand thatthere is a learning curve to be involved, but as long as you have good hands and you have at least one strong skill in joinery or cabinet making the rest will come in time.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £18.00-£23.00 per hour
