Job Description

Junior/Mid weight Graphic DesignerSalary is up to £35kHybrid/4 days in the StudioKey Responsibilities:Visual Identity Creation: Develop logos, branding elements, brand guidelines. Ensure consistency in visual elements across various platforms and materials.Print: Create designs for printed materials such as brochures, posters, business cards, banners etcSocial: Creating engaging graphics for social channels. assisting with social media content creation, including graphics, animation, and social-first video.Brand Guidelines:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in the use of visual elements.
  • Provide instructions for logo usage, colour palettes, and typography.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with clients, art directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Present design concepts and receive feedback for iterative improvements.
Stay Updated on Design Trends and Tools:
  • Keep abreast of the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
  • Continuously improve skills and adapt to industry changes.
Problem Solving:
  • Address visual communication challenges creatively and effectively.
  • Analyse client needs and propose design solutions that align with the project goals.
Time Management:
  • Meet project deadlines by efficiently managing time and prioritising tasks.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Print Production Knowledge:
  • Understand the printing process and requirements for various print materials.
  • Prepare designs for print, considering colour profiles and resolutions.
  • Consider layout, typography, and colour schemes for effective communication.
