Job Description

Java Software EngineerSalary - up to £70k + BonusWe are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join the worlds largest global bitcoin exchange in euro volume and liquidity, based in Moorgate, London and California.The company looks to differentiate themselves through low fees, versatile funding options and rigorous security standards. They are focusing on a Junior-Mid level Java Software Engineer currently, but will also review senior engineers.This role is offering the Java Software Engineer:

  • development with large datasets, across MySQL - although they are looking for something more robust in the near future
  • architecture utilising Docker, Kubernetes and AWS deployment
  • opportunity to independently debug problems involving the network and operating system
    • As the Java Software Engineer, youll design secure, stable, and robust systems as well as collaborating with internal business teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to design, develop and test new indices and data products.The Java Software Engineer has the chance to join a very talented small team, coming from highly impressive academic backgrounds.
