W10 6DZ. Please note: This role is office based at St Charles Centre for Health & Well-Being, W10 6DZ and includes working at weekends, evenings and bank holidays when required. It is therefore essential that you can travel to and are resident within reasonable commuting distance of this location.Salary: £19,000 - £20,800 pro-rata per annum, plus shift enhancements for unsocial hours.Hours: Part Time and Full Time (15 Hours - 37.5 Hours). Rotation of shifts requiring work during evenings, daytimes, overnights and Bank Holidays. Includes the Christmas and New Year period. Our values are underpinned by the NHS Constitution.Who Are YouWe are currently looking for IUC Service Advisors to join our inclusive team which is based at St Charles Hospital. As an Integrated Care Service Advisor, you will be required to provide comprehensive and high-quality administrative support to assist with the movement of patients with assessed needs across the functions of the Integrated Urgent Care system. Working within agreed protocols and processes you will appropriately advise patients and direct them to the right clinical service.
