Job Description

Allen Lane are recruiting to an iTrent Systems Administrator role for an organisation which provides business solutions to the public and private sector.As an iTrent Systems Administrator, you will provide support to the systems team. The role will provide comprehensive support and systems administration for the iTrent HR/Payroll system within a busy client and customer relationship. Recent experience of working with iTrent is desirable as is some knowledge of HR/Payroll processes. This role supports 100% remote working.Key tasks and Responsibilities include:

  • Payroll build including calculations, absence schemes and pension schemes
  • Development of business objects reports
  • Diagnosing and resolving problems within the clients HR & Payroll systems
  • Working within the System Team to support system upgrades, Requests for Change, System Enhancements and to on-board new HR & Payroll customers
  • Essential Skills & Attributes include:
  • Experience of working with iTrent, and the development and running of Business Objects reports.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel for the reporting and analysis of pension/payroll data to support queries that may arise from payroll.
  • English and Mathematics at GCSE Level or equivalent (Grades A-C Minimum only)
  • Good understanding of HR or Payroll policy, process, and experience of working within a HR/Payroll system.
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in providing system administration support and development
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and a good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills you’ll be customer focused and be able to establish good working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Experience of working in the public or education sector would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
