Job Description

IT Technician - Windows / MacOS / Windows Server / Office 365 / Network Do you want to join an international brand with 9 locations across 7 countries

  • Location (E18) - On-site (occasional trips abroad for client events)

  • Up to £30,000 with Bonus and Commission Pay

Who Are WeWe are a fast growing company with ambitions to become the largest short term IT rental company in the world for events, already having 9 locations across 7 countries. We provide technology for corporate events with a vast client list which include Disney,Formula 1, Glastonbury and many more.What You Will Be DoingYou will be assisting in preparing IT Technology and devices such as Tablets, PCs, VR, AV and Network equipment for all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans, as well as driving companys vans to collect or deliver equipment tothe sites across UK and Europe. You will be providing telephone support to users where needed and maintain condition software and hardware of IT equipment.We Need You To Have
  • Previous work experience in a customer facing IT role.
  • We need you to have the ability to work flexible hours as per event schedule covering all days and hours.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills as well as organisational, multitasking and time-management
