Job Description

Content available online to colleagues at any time and at any location, enabling a greater proportion of training to be delivered as self-learning.Role will primarily focus on the production of IT systems guides using the Articulate 360 authoring toolset. There will also be a requirement to deliver remote & classroom-based training. Responsible for Working with other IT Trainers and Business Processexperts to define and deliver training content.Client DetailsMy client - an organisation in the Property and Housing Sector are looking for an IT Systems Trainer- join their site in London remotely on an initial 6-month contract!DescriptionThe successful candidate for the IT Systems Trainer- Property and Housing Sector 6-month contract role will fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Develop E-Learning content that aligns to the organisation Better Together approach.
  • Work with other members of the Training team to develop standards, procedures and an NHG style for content development and delivery
  • Work with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to produce interactive system E -training guides, Videos, and online training via Teams.
  • Assist other trainers to produce E-Learning content.
  • Deliver online and classroom-based training courses to support the implementation and support of the organisations systems.
  • Act as an advocate of digital, build relationships across the organisation and use these opportunities to promote the use of digital channels and digital best practice
  • The tasks and responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive; the post holder may undertake other duties as is reasonably required.
ProfileTo be considered for the IT Systems Trainer- Property and Housing Sector contract role in London/ remote the candidate must present evidence of the following:
  • Experience of developing clear content for an online audience
  • Experience of producing content using Articulate 360
  • Working with other Trainers to ensure consistency between E-Learning and Classroom based training
  • Experience of writing in Plain English and able to distil often complex concepts into engaging content
  • Online & Classroom training delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel & Teams
Desirable
  • Experience of Housing Association systems
  • Experience of developing content for bespoke systems
Essential
  • Developing and managing relationships
  • Instructional Design
  • First class presentation skills
  • Taking complex language and processes and making them simple to understand
  • Systems Video Production
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications to advanced level
  • Experience with Camtasia video editor
  • Experience of Microsoft PowerBI
Qualifications and/or professional membershipEssential Desirable
  • Relevant degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Instructional Design
Job Offer
  • 5 month contract inside IR35 paying £304 daily.
  • Based in their London office, hybrid structure
  • December start
