Job Description

This reputable, global financial services business are currently going through a large period of growth and are looking for a dedicated person to assist with their large portfolio of projects.The role itself will be to provide functional support & configuration management of the companies systems & applications - in line with the Service Level Agreements. Youll also facilitate, organise & manage seamless integrations with other independentsoftware applicationsKey Responsibilities:

  • Functional support of the Core business applications
  • To manage, coordinate and support the integration of core financial service systems with connected applications
  • Provide Business Analysis & requirement gathering for support users, acting as the voice between users & the wider team
  • Handle & implement requests for application / system customisations
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Investigate user problems, identity root cause, determine possible solutions , test & implement solutions
