IT Support TechnicianWest End, London£16 - £18 per hourBenefits: 28 days holiday, pension schemeTHE COMPANY: Working for this Membership body, this is your chance to become involved in a really worthwhile and hands on team. You will be working on supporting their staff across the business with IT support and solving any issues. You will be mainly working from home but spending one day a week in the office (subject to change)Skills- Fully Office 365 proficient- Able to troubleshoot various apps- Building, testing hardware, dealing with USB devices and printers, installing drivers etc. on laptops, hardware and PC- Creating new profiles, setting up database configuration, updates and patches, knowledge of user rights using Windows 10- Creating, deleting and modify accounts on Active Directory, as well as creating groups and security ad restrictions- Know how to use Citrix studio, create profiles, troubleshoot connection problems, install workspace apps on client machines, maintain machines- Guide users with their mobile devices, instal apps, set up O365 email, troubleshooting problems- Be proficient in TeamViewer, remote desktop protocol- Be familiar with MITEL, or similar, to support users on telephony- Have experience of Veeam backup / HPE Tape libraries and drives- Be proficient in TCP/IP / DNS / DHCP and have knowledge of VLANS/Subnetting- Good knowledge of GoToMeeting / Teams / Zoom – including troubleshooting cameras/mics- In depth knowledge of Chrome/Opera/Firefox/Edge.
