Job Description

TEKsystems is currently engaged with a gaming company to recruit Desktop Support Analyst.Description:Reporting to the local IT Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of IT support services to the employees of the company. You are technical and have some experience within environments where Windows, Mac OSX and Linux co-exist in harmony. You will have commercial experience working in a fast- growing company within an IT Support Function.Main responsibilities

  • Experience of a mixed Apple and Windows environment
  • Provide end user support for applications and systems like MS Office, VPN, Mobile Phones and video conferencing systems
  • Work with all of the regular IT support tools including but not limited to: Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus, imaging, Mobile Iron, disk encryption, spam management
  • Ensure joiners and leavers IT requirements are managed correctly
  • Manage the IT assets through their entire lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
  • Gather and translate user expectations to technical solutions
  • Create and update documentation using a wiki (Confluence)
  • Mentor customers and deliver end user training
  • Monitor and manage the IT ticket queue to ensure SLAs are achieved
