IT Support TechnicianA leading US law firm in the city is looking to expand its IT team due to growth within the firm.They are seeking a like-minded and technical IT Support Technician to work alongside the service desk and provide 1st and 2nd line support to users, both deskside and remotely. You will escalate complex third-line issues whilst managing employee expectations.You will have experience with setting up emails, phones, AV equipment, and general hardware technical support capabilities.The perfect IT Support Technician will have around a years experience working in a busy corporate or legal environment with a keen eye on first-time fixes. You will be ambitious, keen to grow, and passionate about IT Technology.This is a permanent position with a salary of c£30k and outstanding benefits.
