Job Description

Helpdesk IT Support & Infrastructure Officer Our client is an International Bank based in city London. Our Client is expanding their Retail Branch network in UK in major cities.We are inviting applications for IT Infrastructure Officer based in London to help on remote basis to all the Retail Branches & Head office.RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. a) Providing 1st and 2nd Line HelpdeskIT support to head office and Branches in UK.b) Supporting internal network users & internal Infrastructure c) Troubleshooting hardware issues and building/configuring . d) Support all IT Infrastrure in Branches and Head office e) Occasional site Travel and Support.
  2. Finacle Experince will be added Advantage ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCES
  3. a) Knowledge and Experience of 1st and/or 2nd Level IT Support
  4. b) Experience of administering and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems XP, Vista and Windows 7 as well as MS Embedded OS. c) Knowledge and experience of Networking including TCP/IP d) An ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues e) Working knowledge and experience of Windows Server 2003/2008 networking components including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange f) Knowledge of Network hardware, including Cat 5 cabling, routers, switches and wireless access points g) Experience of building PC`s from their essential components h) Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. j) A Microsoft Certification would be desirable, but not essential
