Job Description

IT Support Technician- Windows/AD - Lewisham - £25-29KI am recruiting on behalf of my client for a IT Support Technician to join their ever-growing team based in Lewisham.The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing IT support to their network of schools. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are desirable.You will have some of the following skills (The rest can be taught):

  • Office 365
  • Windows OS / Mac OSs
  • Networking configurations / setups
  • Active Directory
  • Hardware Support
  • Software Support
  • Windows Server (Desirable)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
Personal qualities:
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly motivated team player.
  • Organising a busy workload.
  • Willing to undertake training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
