Acting as the first point of contact for all IT support queries from your internal stakeholders, you will support approximately 80 end usersacross the London, Bath and Lisbon studios, you will adopt a "fix first time" approach, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.As the successful IT Support Engineer, you will have ample opportunity in this standalone role to make your mark and really make this position your own.
