The Role:A large, established, international creative design studio is looking for an experienced IT Support person to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a highly dynamic, creative environment and a business who are working on some of the most ground-breaking design projects in the world.This is a hands-on role where the successful person will be focusing on 1st and 2nd line IT Support, ticket resolution and supporting the wider IT Team with day-to-day activities. The ideal person must have 3+ years of On-Site Desktop / Client-Side Support along with strong technical and analytical skills.Activities: Maintaining laptops and other desktop devices and hardware in the studio. Proactively manage and maintain all meeting rooms and AV equipment, printers and plotters Assessing, maintaining, and tidying users-side cable management where required. Retrospectively cataloguing and updating hardware and software inventories. Diagnosing and resolving 1st and 2nd line technical issues. Software management and deployment Liaising with 3rd party software and hardware vendors Managing warranty repairs Onboarding and offboarding of staff Providing inductions to new starters Setting up and preparing new starter hardware and software Escalating unresolvable issues to the IT ManagerKey Skills and Attributes PC hardware Windows 10 MS Office & Outlook (incl. Office 365) Active Directory management Microsoft Exchange (2016 and later) Basic networking principles Experience with Audio Visual equipment and other conference room AV equipment Large format plotters MS Teams, Zoom and other collaboration software.
