Job Description

Have you got experience in a 3rd line role for more than 5 yearsIm working with a leading global health Insuer who are looking for a 3rd line support specialist on a permanent basis paying up to £53,000 + a great pension & health insurance with more benefits too.You must have experience with:

  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems both EUC and Server OS
  • Demonstrable experience with VOIP systems
  • In-depth understanding of VMWARE Version 6-7
  • In-depth understanding of Cisco networking products and administration of.
  • IT project delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of backup and restore systems and the administration of, ideally Veeam.
  • Experience working with Hyperscale public cloud services, ideally Azure.
  • Experience with cyber security tooling (end point security for both EUC and Server)
  • Ability to problem solve within the technical environment.
  • Prior experience in a 3rd line IT support role
  • Strong communication skills
