Job Description

Reporting to the Head of ITSM, you will join a team who always look to promote within and rapidly propel progress careers within Service Management. Yours will be no different!Your role will undertake the day-to-day support activities required to enable the IT Service Management Team to provide the oversight and governance of all internal and external services engaged by the ITSM team. Modern environment with a focus on cloud,ServiceNow and agile ITSM.Location: City of London (1-2 days per month)Salary: up to £60,000Your role as IT Service Management Analyst

  • Produce documentation as required for processes, SOPs, Knowledge and other artefact
  • Engaging with stakeholders, you will facilitate and foster collaborative approaches, prioritise requirements and optimise resource utilisation
  • The role will support a wide variety of service duties including but not limited to; Continual Service Improvement (CSI), and Risk, IT Change, Service Asset and Configuration, Release, Problem, Incident, Service Level Management, Access and Service CatalogueManagement etc.
  • Working with Service Management Lead, ensure controls are included to meet client, regulatory and GSS requirements
  • Support with the alignment of systems and processes to support a successful migration to GSS and live services
  • Working with the wider delivery team and delivery Partner(s) to remove impediments to delivery of services
In order to be successful as IT Service Management Analyst
  • ITIL foundation certification
  • Experience working in a cloud based organisation, AWS preferable, supporting Service Management
  • Experience in producing documentation across processes and procedures
  • Experience of using MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint and ServiceNow
  • Experience working in service management across global teams
