Job Description

Desktop Engineer / IT Service Desk - Central London- Global financial services company- Salary up to £40,000 plus 20% bonus, 10% bonus, 25 days annual leave, health insurance and free breakfast/lunch- Based in Central LondonA successful private equity firm is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to support its UK and European staff. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small team where you will be exposed to multiple technologies within a professional environment.Please note the hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm with one day a week from home. Occasional out of hours support may be required for certain projects/emergencies.Duties will include:- Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff in a friendly and efficient manner- Supporting technologies including:Office 365Windows OSMicrosoft EndpointAzure ADNetworking / VPNAudio/visual conferencing facilitiesHardware setup and troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, mobiles)To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience:- Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Engineer (Microsoft environment). Training can be given on most technologies listed- A professional can-do attitude with strong user service skills- Smartly presented and keen to learn- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot hardware and software
