We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf a leading financial services organisation seeking to recruit an IT Support Executive into a newly created role providing a lead on IT projects within the business as well as overseeing IT relationships that are outsourced.The successful candidate will take responsibility for IT systems, software and hardware support across our clients South East based offices including home-working set-ups. The role will include delivery of IT projects, supporting the use of internal software/ systems including the Horizon telephone system, dealing with new starters and initial set ups, liaising with the IT support provider, delivery training on systems and software as well and a variety of other duties.Candidates need to have a demonstrable background in a hands on IT project / support role, ideally with experience of working alongside external IT support. You will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering IT projects and have a strong work ethicwith good communication skills. Experience within financial services would be advantageous but not essential.In return our client is offering hybrid working, a competitive basic salary and excellent benefits package.
