Job Description

Project Manager, Professional Services, Project Governance, AGILE, 2000+ People Business Exposure Essential! Project Manager required to work for an exciting Professional Services organisation based in Central London. However, this will mainly be based from home. Please read carefully before applying…Here is what we need and, unfortunately, we cannot be negotiable in this search:

  • Extensive Technical Project Management experience across several verticals
  • Professional Services experience a PLUS
  • MUST have exposure to SDLC or ADLC projects (or both)
  • MUST understand Complex Project Governance and be able to show your battle scars as to what exposure you have had here
  • MUST have worked for a company (or companies) of 2,000 people+
  • MUST have commercial AGILE experience
  • If you have exposure to Waterfall AND Agile as a blend, it would be a bonus
  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • Extensive Stakeholder Management experience with a huge degree of confidence - too many candidates have been very nervous as a presentation will be required at 2nd stage interview. How this is delivered will be measured as to how you would handle certaintough customer like’ stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate personal responsibility for each and every project delivered
  • Ability to show ultimate pragmatism when approaching difficult projects
  • Strong presence with excellent people, communication and presentation skills

  • Agile Scrum Master
  • Agile PM
  • Lean Practitioner
  • Six Sigma Black belt
  • PMP
  • Prince 2
  • PMBOK
