Working with a business where employees and customers are always at the core of their values and practices, you willbe offered excellent opportunities to develop and progress your career, alongside a competitive salary and benefits package.Job Description You will play a key part in the delivery of a cutting-edge platform for a leading insurance organisation, working closely with stakeholders from multiple businesses units to deliver capability for products, systems, and data.Managing internal and external stakeholders you will lead the implementation and ensure evolution of the user experience for both internal users and the end customer.The Successful IT Project ManagerYou MUST have 4+ years experience working as an IT project manager within the general insurance sector, or London Market, ideally working on system integrations/migrations.It is important that you have managed budgets towards 10 mil and understand the makeup and demands of a multi-faceted insurance organisation, as well as understand how products are delivered in the broking market.Communication skills are paramount, as you will be liaising with a range of stakeholders, and it is critical that you are able to explain the so what of technical information to a non-technical audience.Whats on Offer for the successful IT Project ManagerCompetitive base salary depending on experience, coupled with a good benefits package, and fantastic degree of flexible working which will see you work mostly remote with 1-2 days a week in city offices.
