Job Description

Job title: IT Project ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: £55kThe role will suit an individual with 4+ years of IT Project Management experience. As a Technical Project Manager youll be responsible for managing a variety of technical projects, working alongside stakeholders and various teams to deliver your work.Ideally, youd have experience working within an Architecture/Property firm or in a similar creative environment.Key responsibilities:

  • Manage highly technical, high impact data projects, such as data reporting and visualisation
  • Work closely with relevant Heads of Department and internal subject matter experts to plan an scope roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and risks
  • Develop and manage end to end project plans and ensure cross-team alignment and on-time delivery
  • Oversee assignments, report on risks, issues and accomplishments
  • Deliver project lifecycle communications during initiation, planning, execution and closure
  • Drive closure of technical issues by working with the Technology and product teams
  • Develop metrics to monitor project performance and bring in best practices and process improvement initiatives across the organisation
  • Conduct user testing and manage deployment
  • Run retrospective sessions, and any other meetings required to facilitate collaboration within the team
  • Run post implementation sessions to understand lessons learnt
  • Establish a full product launch procedure
  • Manage a wider project roadmap with input from the Senior Leadership Team
Key qualifications:
  • Experience with PM tools, e.g. JIRA, Trello, Confluence, MS Project
  • Prince2 or Agile certified or working towards it
  • Good technical knowledge of M365/MS Azure cloud solutions and common web technologies
  • including CMS, Frontend, Backend, Repositories
  • Ability to convey ideas to a broad audience with different specialisations
  • Keen sense of ownership and focus on delivery and high quality
