A London based events and exhibitions company is looking for an experienced Head of IT / IT Manager with a hands on SME background and experience with Salesforce and software implementation.This role is paying a starting salary of up to £60,000 based on experience. Benefits include hybrid working and 25 days annual leave.Managing a small IT team as well as external service providers (providing network and web support) you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall infrastructure/IT strategy of the organisation and implementing a number of new systems andsoftware to replace aging legacy systems. One large initial project will be to implement Salesforce across the business. In addition you will get involved with implementing a range of other marketing, sales and events software including Marketo, Cvent andConcur.To be considered suitable you will need to have a background of providing IT management within an SME environment, ideally from an events or marketing organisation however that isnt essential. It is also a requirement that you have previous managerial experience.In addition you will also need a good understanding of:- IT operations- Vendor management- Systems, servers, 1st/2nd line support- Websites, CMS and CRM systemsTo apply, please send a copy of your CV.
