Our global reach means that we can cover your exposures all around the world.Role Objective: Assist in the control all IT finances incurred by the IT cost centre budget holders through performing and maintaining processes, financial control, and reporting. To provide accurate reporting and analysis of all Technology Spend across multipleportfolios and cost centre owners. To provide accurate Budget and Forecast analysis of spend.Key Responsibilities:* Ensure alignment of reporting with internal and external requirements (Cost centre managers through to high level mgmt.)* General accounting queries on treatment of Licenses, FAR, Leases, balance sheet management (Prepayments, accruals, WIP, Amortization schedules)* Co-ordinate the intercompany process, ensuring effective communication of charges to receiving entities.* Build strong working relationships with cost centre managers in order to ensure the required level of cooperation and support is achieved and maintained.* Provide adhoc P&L/Cash financial reporting to both the global finance team and business partners.* Support senior management in the preparation and analysis of budgets, costs, forecast and supplier category spend for use in adhoc projects and initiatives.* Monitor Risk and Opportunities as they arise and forward plan through day to day expense management practices.Requirements:* Ability to coordinate activities across cost centres.* Stakeholder management and communication* Attention to detail and accuracy.* Degree qualified and or partly qualified professional accountancy qualification preferred (ACCA/CIMA).* Advanced Excel experience* Experience in working for a global organization and driving recharge processes.* Good experience of providing support analysis to cost centre managers with financial delegated authority.* Good level of understanding of financial management practices and processes, including accounts payable, balance sheets, reconciliation processes, postings to the general ledger etc* Experience in operating within a shared services function/ IT finance support role.Dont hesitate and miss out on this opportunity!
