Spring Technology are working in partnership with a fantastic organisation who are looking for a talented Business Analyst to work on CAFM focused projects, this role will be remote working, with potentially occasional travel into their prestigious offices in the heart of London at Canary Wharf.As a CAFM Business Analyst, you will sit within the IT department and work with stakeholders to initiate projects, develop business cases, support PMO and the office of the CIO. You will be responsible for working on a broad variety of Facilities Management and Asset Management related initiatives.Please note this role is a 6 month Fixed Term ProjectYou will also need:* To be able to communicate effectively at all levels* Self-assured, dynamic, open to ideas, and able to influence others* An in-depth understanding of the systems development process and overall project lifecycle* Experience of at least one CAFM project, with experience in either PlanOn or Maximo highly desirable, yet not essentialWithin the role, your responsibilities will be to:* Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and solution workshops with stakeholders, suppliers and functional/technical subject matter experts* Produce and maintain analysis documentation * Ability to document clear requirements through user stories / functional specifications* Exposure or appreciation of Agile ways of working and be comfortable working in Agile delivery teams* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels* Ability to grasp the fundamentals of technology platforms and tools and be able to communicate proposed IT solutions to different audiences.To be considered for this exciting, new to the market Business Analyst role, apply now!Spring acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
