Pracyva Ltd ( ) is a well-established consulting company, focussing on IT consulting and outsourcing services serving a vast client-base all around UK and Europe. We are looking to hire an IT Business Analyst to join our expanding team of innovative, experienced and motivated people.• Liaises with internal/external clients in order to analyse business procedure, clarify clients’ requirements and to define the scope of existing software, hardware and network provision; • Undertakes research for IT developments combining costs and profits;• Present emerging technologies to prospective clients and advises upon the impacts of a potential outline of such technology; • Carry out reports containing information / data source and present the same between business branches;• Carry out series of meetings, workshops with stakeholders and system owners, technical and business discussion to define the scope of work and deliver the projects;• Producing reports on application development and implementation;• Analysing data to inform business decisions;• Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications;• Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution;• Provides advice and assistance in the procurement, provision, delivery, installation, maintenance and use of IT systems and their environments; • Examines existing business models and flows of data and designs • functional specifications and test plans for new systems in order to meet clients’ needs; • Understanding strategic business needs and plans for IT growth;• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services with the emerging technology;Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience:• Minimum 5+ years’ experience working as IT BA and out of this 2+ years’ experience with major eCommerce or CMS platforms preferred, including but not limited to Magento, SAP Commerce, Salesforce, or AEM.• Experience in delivering a ChatBot tool solution a must• Strong Knowledge of Service management tools, such as Service Now and Remedy• Experience of applying a range of techniques within the business analysis skillset to deliver a technical solution which supports strategic goals and can be implemented within the holistic business environment;• Breadth of experience in defining and refining technical, data and customer requirements;• Experience of influencing and eliciting information from stakeholders of all levels cross-organizationally;• Knowledge of the OS Places API;• Knowledge of the WebLogic Workshop 8• Good experience working in Agile /scrum Educational Qualifications:Minimum qualification required: Bachelor’s Degree SalaryThe position offers an annual gross salary of £36,000 to £40,000 depending on experience. Where appropriate, travelling costs will be paid. If prolonged periods of extra work above the standard working week are requested, payment for overtime will be made. The position may also attract performance-linked incentive. • Partial working from home is allowed due to Covid19 situation
