The CompanyThe IT Audit role is with a global company with the Internal Audit team based in the Perth CBD. They have been operating for well over 50 years with the portfolio of subsidiaries. existing of market leading companies and instantly recognisablebrands. They are continuously growing across the globe due to both organic growth and an aggressive acquisition plan which shows no signs of slowing down. They are listed on various global stock exchanges and have a multi-billion dollar turnover. Despite thechallenge year, they are still profitable and looking to continue with their growth plans.The RoleBased in Perth, they IT Auditor will report into the Perth based IT Audit Manager whilst working very closely with the internal audit team. Key duties withinthe role are to ensure complete of audit in accordance with the annual audit plan and to examine internal IT controls, evaluating the design and operational effectiveness, determining exposure to risk and develop remediation strategies. You will also participatein interviews with internal stakeholders to understand and document IT related process, risk and controls.About YouThe ideally IT Audit professional would be Big four trained and have an excellent academic background. You must be a natural communicator andhave excellent rapport building skills. As this is a globally listed company, experience of SOX would be highly advantageous. Other keys skills required would be Data Analytics, Financial and IT Application experience, detailed knowledge of IT Controls. Asthis is a global company, there would be an element of international travel planned for the future.
