Job Description

IT APPLICATIONS ANALYSTLONDON CITY£60000 - £650000We are currently recruiting for an International Bank in the City who are seeking an IT Applications Analyst to join their IT team. This role will involve supporting the Director, IT Programme Managment and Development to further the effective use of theBanks IT services.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support all IT Application Services within agreed SLAs
  • provide functional analysis, documentation and configuration of the Temenos T24 Core Banking Platform with all other Bank applications
  • In the event of service interruptions and IT incidents, work with the Director, IT Programme Management & Development.
  • Communicate and document any Application based IT incidents in line with bank policy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience and knowledge of core banking applications including T24
  • Experience of configuring withint T24
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure required to support our banking applications, such as IBM MQ
  • Hands-on technical knowledge in MS development toolset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to relate effectively to users at all levels.
