Im working with a highly regarded International law firm who are looking to add an experienced Patent Litigation Associate to their growing team.Client DetailsThe client is a highly respected and experienced IP team which is one of the largest in the UK advising a wide range of life sciences, blue chip technology, manufacturing, and retail companies on business critical IP litigation.The team is built up of close to 70 lawyers across the UK as well as wider EU team.DescriptionThe intellectual property contentious team is involved in precedent setting actions before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and CJEU in both hard and soft IP.They have recently been working on 3 cases before the Supreme Court as well as a the CJEU.ProfileYou will have needed to work within a high performing patent litigation team previously and have experience handling patent involving complex technologies.
