Company Description Novacene IoT is a cutting-edge technology company that specializes in using the internet of things (IoT) to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. The company aims to help buildings reach zero energy usage by monitoring and analyzing data from buildingsystems and devices. By optimizing HVAC systems, lighting, and other building systems, Novacene IoT helps to reduce energy consumption while maintaining comfort and safety for occupants. Job Description We are a fast-growing IoT SaaS start-up company and seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager/Project Delivery to join our entrepreneurial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering a variety of IoT projects,working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Plan, executed, and finalized projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Communicate project status, issues, and changes to all stakeholders
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage scope change requests and ensure all changes are documented and approved
• Help the company to deliver and be versatile
• Contribute to the companys entrepreneurial thinking and fast-paced growth

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a project manager in the IoT or SaaS industry, preferably in a start-up environment
• Strong technical background with experience in IoT technology and concepts
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Projects, Excel, and other project management tools ( or similar - we use MacBooks)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and manage a team remotely
• Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur, be proactive and help the company to deliver
• Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing world of IoT and be a leader in the field.
