Job Description

ION Technical Lead – Fixed Income RatesION Technical Lead is required to join a global investment banking business in their City of London office. This is a contract position (Hybrid), inside IR35 (PAYE) offering an umbrella rate of £700 to £850 per day.The business is implementing ION MarketView across their Fixed Income Sales & Trading division. They require a Technical Lead to deliver this implementation. Scoping and analysis is complete and they are moving into execution and delivery (aiming for Q3 nextyear). This person will have proven experience implementing ION into banks with an expert level understanding of the components of the ION platform. Programming experience in Java, C# is a must as well as experience in Linux/Unix and FIX protocol. Exposureto infrastructure / hosting is highly beneficial.Key requirements:

  1. Proven experience implementing ION within various banking organisations with sound knowledge of the platforms components (exposure to Anvil is a plus).
  2. Highly technical individual with experience in Java, C#, Linux/Unix, FIX, as well as an understanding of infrastructure/hardware/hosting.
  3. Domain expertise surrounding Fixed Income Rates.
