Job Description In this role, youll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to identify strategies for enhancing the value within their businesses. Key Responsibilities
  • Forge client relationships to understand their business aims, asset raising targets, and how they relate to the services we provide.
  • Partner closely with senior colleagues and managers to articulate client needs and translate them into actionable team projects.
  • Lead client-focused meetings to assess service performance.
  • Document and communicate client interactions to Research Team managers.
  • Contribute to service enhancement and the development of client retention strategies.
  • Manage client deliverables, collaborating with Research and Data Teams managers to meet client needs and present results.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of client services experience within Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Broking.
  • An understanding of various asset types and strategies.
  • CFA or IMC qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of delivering workflows with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of taking the lead on projects.
  • Adherence to high standards of professionalism in the workplace is expected.
  • Relevant qualifications like IMC, CAIA, or CFA are advantageous.
