Job Description LGC have an exciting new opportunity for a financial crime expert with Investment Operations expiring to join the newly formed Operations team. The role in London based but the team all work flexibly. Ideally you will be able to get to the office at least once a week but most work can be done from home. In this role you will play a key role in building new processes and procedures for onboarding new investments/investors and should progress become the 1st line manager looking after Financial Crime within the team. We are looking for someone who can adjust their work style and processes to different projects. As most of the work is non-regulated there is no fixed rule book when it comes to this work so you must adapt to different investment propositions. Ideally you will have had some exposure to alternative assets, so you have a better understanding of the investments this team is exposed to. In the future the role will focus more on Investment Operations as the business looks to bring on more 3rd party capital. Qualifications Knowledge and Experience:

• Excellent understanding of Financial Crime due diligence processes
• Awareness of investment onboarding/process activities
• Process design and implementation
• Process documentation
• Experienced in leading teams
