Job Description

They are seeking an investment operations associate to assist in delivering meaningful outperformance to their clients and have a strong commitment to client service excellence.Description

  • Proactively communicating with clients and other stakeholders (e.g., providing information about the clients Funds, participating in client onboarding processes, facilitating account openings, and managing and updating the client database and activityrecords).
  • Conducting core operations processes related to our transfer agency functions including, but not limited to, Know Your Client (KYC) processes, client money reconciliations and transaction processing.
  • Owning key responsibilities related to the transaction cycle of the clients Funds. This includes verifying client transactions and validating sensitive client information.
  • Working closely with the global Fund Operations teams and other business units to effectively communicate relevant information.
  • Managing projects to develop pragmatic improvements and innovative solutions by working collaboratively with our dedicated technology team.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders to provide excellent servicing.
ProfileThe ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, initiative, integrity, effective prioritisation, and time management skills.
