Job Description

An experienced Investment Consultant with sales experience is needed to join the team at this successful investment management firm on a remote (work-from-home), full-time basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting the increasing demand of their expanding client base. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling off-plan and completed property investments and alternative investment opportunitiesto investors all over the world.This role offers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £60,000 - £100,000, along with a company phone, laptop, and numerous other benefits!This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career with a rapidly growing company!About the CompanyThe company provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable market experience in the property investment industry.Their employees are an integral part of an exciting buy-to-let property revolution and have the chance to work in a dynamic and exceptional environment. Their team members come from diverse backgrounds but share a common trait: a hard-workingattitude coupled with perseverance.About the RoleThey provide each consultant with a premium level of high-quality warm leads per week, which can be managed through their world-leading CRM system.These are hot enquiries from paid marketing channels, and you will be interacting with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed an interest in purchasing property.They are open to exceptional sales professionals from a non-property background, as they deliver an excellent training and induction program.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming warm leads
  • Dealing with global investors
  • Building rapport
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Dealing with international clients
  • Closing deals on property investments
  • Advising clients on property investment
  • Dealing with HNW clients
  • Visiting development sites
  • Updating CRM
  • Advising on the best units to buy
Required Skills:
  • Their best performers have great sales flair and rapport-building skills but also a knack for hard work
  • Grinding out sales can be a tough job; you must maintain a positive mindset despite rejections, clients not picking up the phone and receiving setbacks
  • They need someone with strong sales ability who can advise customers on suitable investments, negotiate deals, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Knowledge of different types of investments, payment plans, financials, and deposit requirements is important
  • The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional closing skills and be comfortable asking tough questions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to come across as competent over the phone/email and face-to-face
  • This role suits someone who is able to adapt, think on their feet, and use different types of technology - Active Campaign (CRM), WhatsApp, YouTube, Dropbox, Microsoft Teams, Google Emails etc
