Investment Analyst - Real Estate. Our Client is a highly successful and reputable property development company based in North West London, who specialises in the residential sector with apartments spread across London and the UK. Due to recent developmentswithin the firm, they are now currently looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join them at their London office.The Role will see the individual reporting directly to the Director, carrying out responsibilities such as: Identifying, sourcing, andappraising potential development and investment opportunities. Conducting market research and running due diligence. Developing and maintaining financial models that are crucial for determining feasibility of potential projects. Assembling due diligence forfinancial closings and worked with senior leadership to stress test different. Asset management and exit strategies. Delegating tasks to junior employees and interns. Analysing financial statements. Participating in decision-making with architects and plannersto maximize profit. Optimizing efficiency of companys existing residual template. The Person MUST either possess a Masters degree in a property-related subject (i.e. Real Estate, Real Estate Finance) or must have at least 2 years of property experience,ideally within the residential sector. The person must also have strong IT and Excel skills, with strengths in preparing financial spreadsheets and appraisals being most ideal.
