Job Description

Do you have experience with in-house recruitment within the charity sector Are you passionate about the international development sector and excited about working with stakeholder across the world Do you enjoy building connections and love to maintainstakeholder relationships If yes, this could be your next role!Robertson Bell are proud to be working with this fantastic international not-for-profit organisation whilst they are looking to expand their project team with a Recruitment Specialist. Reporting into the International Recruitment Lead, you will be providingcrucial support to one of the most important areas in the charity with all their internal recruitment! If you have had exposure to the charity sector, this is a great opportunity to join one of the best-known names in their field! Duties of this role willinclude:

  • Working closely with the Recruitment Specialist Lead to source and proactively headhunt for key staff for commercial contracts in different countries across the globe.
  • Having full responsibility for negotiating contracts with different partners within the organisation, from caps on budget to salary bands.
  • Playing a vital role in interviewing and assessing candidates for various roles and negotiating timelines for bids.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates throughout the bid process and giving them relevant updates in a timely fashion.
  • Expertly tailoring CVs to meet the requirements of the proposal templates before they get submitted to the client.
  • Attending internal meetings with the wider project team just to ensure they are fully briefed on staffing pre-contract agreements.
  • Liable for ensuring effective handover of all relationships with external contractors upon commencement of all successful bids.
This organisation is rapidly growing with a lot of new projects and contracts coming in, as a result they would want someone who is proactive and has excellent communication skills and to add value to the team as well as building relationships alongsidean organisation with increasing demand. This is a permanent position which is based in Central London, they offer flexible working arrangements with the option to come into the office when desired.The successful candidate will:
  • Have in-house recruitment experience
  • Have had experience working in the international charity sector, but candidates from the UK charity sector will still be considered
  • Be a flexible worker and willing to help out whenever needed
  • Have experience managing contractors internationally
  • Have proposal development experience (desirable)
  • Have preferably has recruited for bids (desirable)
