The role:Working with the Senior Logistics Manager and teams across the business, this role will involve scoping and delivery of solutions and projects from end to end, to ensure successful implementation of changes, both for internal stakeholders and external suppliersand clients. This role will involve helping design business processes for change management and ensuring best practice is always followed.The role will be home based , so applicants can live anywhere in the UKWhat youll do:- Provide ownership of multiple key business changes, from scoping and requirement gathering, through to implementation and delivery.- Capture and document project and solution requirements across all functions.- Complete IT scoping documents and liaise with internal and external IT where needed.- Carry out all scoping for new carrier solutions, across functions including Operations, Carrier Management, Finance and Sales, feeding required information into each department as necessary.- Construct detailed and comprehensive project plans and solutions scoping documents, across all business functions.- Hold regular project and implementation calls to keep all parties informed of project updates.- Build and distribute SOPs for end to end solutions, specific carrier and warehouse processes, and data flows.- Ensure all parties are ready for go-live, hold final project sign-off calls and oversee launches and hyper-care phases.- Keep accurate records for all projects, including risk and change management, meeting notes, any supporting docs, and all communications.- Report to line management and senior management on project updates, key blockers or issues, and overall project health.- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and to budget, and manage situations that push these 3 attributes outside of the project plan.- Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained at all times, and that projects delivered meet all required industry standards.- Help design and implement the Starlinks Global business change management approach, including prioritization and workflow management processes.What were looking for:- Proven track record of carrier solution design and rollout, including full scoping and build phases, in the cross border logistics space.- Established understanding of Project Management methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Agile), with experience of practical application and qualifications.- Ability to communicate at all levels of the business, to all stake holders, including both internal and external project customers.- Experience of managing and delivering large, cross-functional projects, with strong organisational and documentation skills.- Previous Customs experience would be very useful- Experience in building e-commerce solutions UK and International and carrier management onboarding is ESSENTIALRequired skills
