Internal Sales / Quality Assurance Manager We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our busy sales office in a multi-faceted role incorporating sales, customer service, production planning, purchasing and quality assurance. Rubbarite Ltd isa SME family run business manufacturing and converting cellular polymer products supporting multi manufacturing sectors including automotive, aerospace and construction industries. In return, you will enjoy a diverse role with immense job satisfaction.The Position: The position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance & production planning along with customer service and sales relations. The individual will be responsible for proactively dealing with customer enquiries, order inputting and raisingsupplier orders as well as contributing to production planning and internal administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: • Customer service and support, ensuring that you deal with all customer enquiries and technical requests efficiently and proactively keepingthe customer informed and updated throughout the process. • Liaising with customers and suppliers maintaining the highest levels of communication and support. • Negotiating with external suppliers and contractors in the procurement of materials and expeditingdeliveries to ensure supply chain homogeny. • Inputting and correlating customer order and purchase orders with production planning, maintaining administrative archiving. • Ensuring that quality procedures are followed at all times & updated when necessary.Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required: Essential: • Educated to at least GCSE / A level standard (or similar level of qualification) • Computer literate and fully competent using Microsoft applications including Word & Excel • Strong interpersonal skillswith a confident telephone manner • An ability to work well with others and demonstrate good working and customers relations on all levels at all times. Desirable: • Experience using Sage, in particular Sage Line 50 • Experience using CAD or related softwareas well as the ability to read and understand technical drawings • Experience in a customer focused, sales, quality assurance or administrative role would be an advantage.
