Energy, initiative and going the extra mile is everything in this role, so if you have this naturally then you can expect early success.Due to the rise in demand, there really is no limit to the untapped growth potential of this market.Key duties:As part of a small, but tight knit team, you will be responsible for:• Responding quickly to customers and potential new customers, following up every quote to win orders. • Exceeding assigned sales targets by hunting for prospect partnerships, opening new accounts and growing revenue across both new and existing business• Maintaining high levels of outbound telephone and email activity to target key decision makers using different sales methods and techniques. • Making an average of 40 high-quality outbound calls daily to contribute to the achievement of business growth objectives.• Preparing and implementing strategic sales plans for all customers to move the needle on growth in the business.• Gathering insights from External Sales Reps regarding customer expectations, challenges, and feedback.• Marketing the brand name through networking opportunities by attending various industry events and exhibitionsAbout you:• Proven history of B2B sales success • Tough mindset to take the knocks, even with well-targeted and professional sales approaches there will be some frustrating days• Experience working in start-up culture• Must be able to commute to our Dudley site 5 days a week.
