Internal Recruitment Manager REMOTE/HYBRIDA superb opportunity for an experienced and talented Internal Recruitment Manager to join a world leader in their field operating across 40 + countries with a headcount more than 30,000.The purpose of the role is to manage a team of direct sourcing talent acquisition specialists working on between 23-35 vacancies for UK&I. This role is all about using your extensive direct sourcing techniques across all media channels with a focus on LI,and other social platforms to attract talent to the business.A global brand with a superb CSR focusing on sustainability and environmental factors placing people at the heart of everything they do.Headquartered in Europe this business is driving change globally and working on several high-profile life changing projects across the built and infrastructure environment.We are looking to recruit the very best Internal Recruiters who are at the forefront of the talent world and can bring a radical approach to the role.Ideally you will have gained several years experience working across multi-functional teams and global companies. You will have an excellent track record of managing mid to senior level vacancies across several disciplines within infrastructure and builtenvironment and have proven track record in delivering results through your own direct sourcing methods.This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead from the front and work your own vacancies whilst empowering and shaping your talent team. Reporting to the Head of Talent you can be based anywhere in the UK as the business offers a fully remotemodel with the option of travelling ad hoc to one of their regional hubs across the UK.
