When you join them, youll workon some of the worlds most exciting financial operations and business deals, building your experience and expertise alongside the brightest minds in the industry.Well help you succeedYoull be a Semi-Senior Auditor taking responsibility for running audits,supervising the work of more junior staff and working directly with our clients under manager supervision. Youll get involved in a range of audits and projects and will gain broad experience of delivering audits and related projects across our commercialand not for profit client base. Youll also: Conduct audits from planning to final reporting, using experience and judgement to apply the firms internal audit methodology, seeking guidance from managers as required Execute a wide variety of audit tests/proceduresand accurately interpret results, whilst ensuring the work is competently and efficiently performed in accordance with professional standards Apply internal control concepts in a wide variety of settings, develop appropriate testing approaches and assess theexposures resulting from ineffective or missing control practices Understand the financial, operational, and compliance risks which effect activities. Demonstrate the ability to identify and appropriately define those risks, and formulate recommendations whichare appropriate, practical and cost-effective Effectively evaluate audit results, weighing the relevancy, accuracy, and perspective of conclusions against the accumulated audit evidence. Be effective in communicating audit results, both verbally and in writing(will be reviewed by senior members) so they are persuasive, placed in the appropriate context, and understood by the recipient. Be proactive in making business decisions, for example, providing solutions for any client challenges. Exhibit creativity and innovationin recommending improvements to audit practices and processes.
