Every idea and perspectivearevalued so that our products reflect the people we serveour teachers andstudents, employers and employees, and consumersandlearners.What Does the Internship Program OfferSuccessful candidates will spend 10 weeks working with ourWorkforce Skills Division in the summer months, a new division that offers many opportunities to innovate, design, and build new products, operations, and customer relationships in an entrepreneurialsetting.You will be paid for the duration of your internship at a salary from £23K pro rata.You will be eligible for benefits during this time like any other employee, such as discounts on learning resources, some well-known high street brands and of course some pro-rata holidays.Job DescriptionAs a Creative Intern, you will work with a team to research, design, review, test and deploy learning solutions, using outcomes-focused evidence-based design methodologies. You will perform auxiliary tasks, including, but not limited to web design, graphicdesign, prototyping, and interfacing with subject matter experts. You will be helping Pearson analyse problems, working with partners and teams to understand the business and learning needs.What does the 10 weeks involveInterns will develop a broad knowledge of learning solution design. You will be involved in early ideation, design, prototyping, user testing, and validation. Relevant workshops and training opportunities will be provided.Minimum Requirements
