Quinton Davies are seeking an Interim Compensation and Benefits professional with experience in payroll for a 9-month contract role (mostly remote).This is an exciting opportunity where you will lead on a reward and benefits strategy and implementation. This role is full breadth so will include:- Payroll- Benefits suppliers- System (SAP SuccessFactors)- Salary benchmarking- Job grading- ReportingThis is a complex and challenging role where you will be tasked with articulating and delivering a strategy that embeds a payroll solution with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Comp & Variable, Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment and Onboarding).In order to apply for the Interim Compensation and Benefits Professional you will need to meet the following criteria:- CIPP qualified or equivalent- Extensive experience working in Payroll and Benefits- Proven and exceptional stakeholder management skills- Demonstrable experience delivering projects and strategic changeIn return our client are able to offer a competitive day rate for a contract expected to last 9 months.Thanks for considering an application.
