Job Description

Interim Head of Digital Marketing Projects - CX6-month contract£75-85k per annum1-2 days per week Central LondonStart date: Early JanuaryThis is a key role working with the digital marketing function to put the customer at the centre of all their ongoing projects.This role is working with a global B2B data analytics business who have seen some exciting changes and growth in recent years. The digital marketing function has continued to grow and the head of CX is the keystone to exciting and varied projects.The key responsibilities of the head of digital marketing projects include:* Plan and implement key customer-focused projects in line with executive board strategic priorities* Develop project plans, budgets and timelines for strategic projects* Manage the implementation, governance & reporting on customer-focused projects* Work with key stakeholders and senior management to set out clear customer experience KPIS & metrics* Drive CX performance across all functions and ongoing projects* Manage cross-functional project teams to align business strategy with customer-focused execution* Experiment and pilot new ideas effectively integrating positive outcomes* Work closely with the digital operations team to improve the customer experience across their Marketo & Salesforce platforms* Ensure the CX & UX are in line with new trends and focused on the customer base of the companyThe desired experience for this head of CX projects role includes:* Extensive experience in marketing project management across multi-function global businesses or brands* Strong digital analytical skills to develop dashboards and frameworks for measuring CX performance* Experience in A/B testing* Advanced Marketo experience is essential* Manage multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders all at onceThis role is covering a 6 month period of leave and it is a well-run function with a lot of scope to get involved in key projects over the 6 month period.
