* Interim Financial Controller* Remote Working* IFRS, Technical and Qualified* Interim Financial Controller* Project based and technical, IFRS is a must.* £600 - £800 per day (outside IR35)* Immediate start* Remote working* 6 monthsAn interesting and unique role for a global business with phenomenal growth in the last 3 years. The finance team have been based overseas and they have made a strategic decision to relocate it to London.The senior leadership team and CFO (recently hired and based in London) are seeking extra support to help with numerous projects. These are focused on reporting, IFRS and working with the business globally. You will be pivotal to their upcoming change whichincludes seeing them through a an IPO.We will be reviewing CVs throughout the process so please apply as soon as you are able to.We are committed to ensuring the entire process is inclusive and accessible for all candidates that fit the minimum requirements for our role. Please let us know ifwe can make any reasonable adjustments for you at any stage in the process.Role and responsibilitiesYou will support and work closely with the CFO (based in the UK) and leadership team (based overseas) across their reporting. This will cover:* Working with the UK and US, along with the auditors.* Supporting the CFO with a future listing process.* Working with lawyers to provide the financials. * You will use your technical skills in IFRS / technical accounting to support in de-merging parts of the business prior to listing.* Be responsible for the group month-end consolidation processes.* Manage two Management Accountants.* Take ownership for the monthly reporting cycle.* In the future the role will be leading the reporting arm of a listed entity.* Use of NetsuiteThe business has a highly motivated and upbeat culture.
