Job Description

Our Client is are looking to recruit an interim coordinator to deliver the surveys proposed on health and wellbeing for the community in North Kensington during 2020. This is part of the post-Grenfell public health response and a critical part of the community health workstream.The survey coordinator will:

  • Work closely with the Grenfell Public Health Programme Manager to set up a clear plan of work for the delivery and completion of all surveys with clarity on timelines, deliverables and measures to mitigate risk
  • Work closely with partners to finalise the design for this years community health and wellbeing survey for North Kensington
  • Work closely with partners to finalise the design for a children and young people health and wellbeing survey for North Kensington and a Grenfell survivor and bereaved survey, if required
  • Ensure the timely presentation to communities of all surveys, as described
  • Promote and encourage uptake as required and work closely with local communities to ensure understanding, process and purpose of the survey in order to maximise uptake
  • Monitor survey returns and ensure completion of the survey by the agreed timelines
  • Collate all returns and handle and record data in line with all RBKC information management policies and personal data protection legislation
  • Work closely with partners to analyse and interpret survey returns
  • Prepare a final report on each survey
  • Provide clear and concise written update reports for relevant bodies.
