Job Description

ONE OF THE BIGGEST NAMES GLOBALLY IN THE PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION OF AWARD WINNING TV & FILM CONTENT IS LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER TO WORK CLOSELY ON MAJOR POTENTIAL DEALS.Being part of this iconic name will see you business partner C-suite stakeholders on key decisions covering Tv/ Film & corporate business development to assist the business with making effective & efficient investment decisions.YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO;

  • Provide analysis & recommendations on proposed new investment deals and highlight key issues and sensitivities to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify key drivers of investment models and drive decision making ahead of new TV shows.
  • Oversee analysis on key TV markets including competitor analysis and identify opportunities for exploitation.
  • Translate analysis into insight to support investment decisions.
  • Lead on the long term strategic planning, Long Range Plan cycle and strategic reviews of assets.
  • Business partner Production Company management teams to provide reporting & analysis on financial performance, development spend & ad-hoc finance support.
This fast paced, predominantly commercially focused role will also involve some FP&A and managing a small team.Being ACA/ CIMA or ACCA qualified, you will be a proven commercial business partner and using your advanced Excel modelling skills, be able to demonstrate your strong analytical mindset and communicate complex financial & strategic issues to non-finance people.TV/ Film background will be highly advantageous or related media exposure.Must be immediately available or 1-2 weeks notice.
