Job Description

Stanton House is currently recruiting an Interim CFO for business within the FinTech / Crypto space which is at pre-revenue stages but looking to grow. This is a 3-month contract initially and will commence in July 2023.As interim CFO, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and establishing the correct Accounting Process for this shape and size of business
  • Performing a mini-audit to identify gaps ahead of formal audit process
  • Accounting policy documentation to outline standards required and adherence to US GAAP
  • Support the CEO with adhoc requests
As interim CFO you must be qualified (ACA /ACCA or CIMA) and you must also:
  • Have prior experience working in the FinTech / Crypto space
  • Have proven experience defining and implementing new finance process
  • Have extensive knowledge of US GAAP
  • Have a start-up mentality with strong stakeholder management skills
